1 C. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 C. whole wheat flour
1 C. Peanut butter ( I use Skippy Natural with honey)
1 bag sugar free or dark chocolate chips
Mix crumbs, flour and peanut butter until well combined. Roll into small balls and freeze until firm. Microwave chocolate chips for about 1:30 min. watch so it isn't over cooked. Remove balls from freezer and dip in melted chocolate. (Or just pour over the top). Place back in freezer until chocolate is firm. Enjoy! Store in fridge for soft PB or freezer. YUMMY! and full of protein.
