Down My First 10 lbs!
I weighed in this morning and 199.0lbs. I wait and weigh at work. I think our scales are more acurate. Therefore I am fully dressed and had eaten breakfast. So it may read a little higher that first thing in the morning undressed. Oh well. That 14 mile bike ride and exercising twice a day is paying off!

My favorite FREE online tool to keep track of my calories, exercise and weight goals is www.loseit.com
When you first register you put in your current weight and your weight goal. Check it out. I love it. They also have a mobile device app. So when I am not near a computer I can still log my activity.
Also on www.rockmyrun.com you can get a FREE workout music mix. I really enjoy the mixes that they have put together.
