MY GOALS ARE IN 10 LB. INCREMENTS. CAN'T HAVE THEM TOO OVERWHELMING!
Starting weight : 209 on Apr 28 2013 / 207 on January 20 2016- starting over again.
First Goal: 199 lbs. ( 10 lbs lost) on May 28, 2013 /
Second Goal: 189 lbs (So close I can taste it.. 6/30/13 AND finally reached on 07/10/2013)
Third Goal: 179 lbs (This as reached in 10/2013)
Fourth Goal: 169 lbs
Fifth Goal: 159 lbs
Final Goal: 149 lbs
I did lose 47 lbs and got to 162 a year and a half ago. I want to pass that this time. I can do better.
